Lids store return policy. RETURN POLICY Cancellation We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. - After 12 months of purchase. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

A refund will not be credited to your account. To be eligible for a return. Returns if applicable We accept return of products.

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your items ship date. If you are returning a Manufacturer Direct Memorabilia or Collectible item you must return your merchandise within 30 days of your items ship date.

Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted. If you do not pick up your order within 14 days of its arrival at store you are eligible for a refund minus a small restocking fee. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Once processed your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. Return to store You can return items to a Roman standalone store in their original condition with all tags attached along with your proof of purchase within 60 days of receiving your order. You can use your own label or have a return label printed at one of our many store locations.
