If you are not happy with your purchase please return your product with proof of purchase this can be a till receipt or an order confirmation email and in the same condition as you bought it including being in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product whichever is the latest date and we will happily offer a replacement or a refund. If youve got an item that was faulty or damaged at the time of sale it needs to be returned to the retailer within 30 days for a refund.

Alternatively offer a partial refund for the damage in the packaging. Knew an item was faulty when they bought it damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it though they may still.
